Phase Essentials will not be held responsible for negative or damaging results obtained by proper or improper use of the products sold on this website, and buyer of the product indicates that he/she agrees seller is held harmless.
Payment: All major Credit/Debit Cards are accepted through PayPal. We prefer this payment method, but on occasion will also accept US money orders as methods of payment if the buyer is not able to use PayPal for some reason. Our Terms are payment in full at time of purchase.
Sales Tax: Currently Phase Essentials only charges sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of Arizona unless we have a valid AZ State Reseller Permit on file. Please mail, email or fax it to us. Once your Reseller Permit is received, your account will be set up as "tax exempt" in our system and future orders will not be taxed, provided you have logged into your account. Otherwise, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. In the event the tax laws change, including the addition of an Internet tax, then Phase Essentials will be in full compliance and will also collect those required taxes.
Shipping: Domestic Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS. In-stock orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless an order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. If you supply us with an incorrect address/zip code, we will charge you the extra shipping charges that occur for correcting the address, intercepting the package, or reshipping your package; you agree to this additional charge to your credit card. The USPS & UPS requires that postage be paid again to reship a - please make sure your address is correct.
Phase Essentials will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. General delivery times can vary, depending on location and availability of your local USPS or UPS carrier.
International Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS. In-stock orders are shipped within the allotted time frame on your order, if the order is being held for insufficient address or per customer request. International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total size, weight, and value of the contents of the package.
Phase Essentials reserves the right to refuse sale and shipment to any country or client for any reason. Reasons a sale may be refused is if there have been unsuccessful attempts at delivery to that client or location before, if the shipping location is an area we prefer not to ship to, or if fraud is suspected. Shipping outside the continental U.S. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, or Express Mail. Please note you will be responsible for any taxes or duties your country collects on imported goods. Delivery speed varies with International shipments, and therefore we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date with any International shipment.
Typically, orders are delivered within two weeks to most areas, but can take up to eight weeks if there are delays with the buyers local postal service or if there are delays in Customs. Phase Essentials will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Returns/Exchanges Policy: Customers have 15 days from date of receipt to return or exchange any unwanted regular sized products. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization and items returned without authorization will be refused. We will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit. Authorization numbers should be posted on the outside of the package, near the return address. Please request return authorization numbers within 15 days of delivery and return it to us within 7 business days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted and sale is considered final.
In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 7 days of receiving the goods. On orders shipped internationally, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund for the defective or shorted merchandise.
Cancellation Policy : Orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled at the buyers request. If your order has already been shipped upon notifying Phase Essentials, you may return the unopened package and merchandise for a refund if it qualifies per the above return policy.
Termination of Agreements: Both you and Phase Essentials have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered where a service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused services, shall be refunded.
Availability: Phase Essentials does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this website you thereby indemnify Phase Essentials, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused. Phase Essentials reserves the right to refuse service and/or sales to any client for any reason.
